Berlin

This year's Berlin Marathon is approaching rapidly! I wish I would run this one, get another glimpse of Haile (the odds are he's going to break the record again, would you bet against it?) but the way things are at the moment, I won't be racing any time soon.

The rupture in my right adductor is as good as healed but my lower-back is giving me a bit of trouble right now. Lack of activity I would say. Just in case, I'm going to order a decent chair at work! I still two more sessions with my physio for the leg trouble but the treatment is pretty much rounded up.

To make matters really exciting I managed to catch one of those nasty colds, apart from sleeping there isn't much I feel like doing. It will be a week or two before I start trying to get some of the pre-June fitness back.

Oh boy, don't you love Fall?!
